Repair, remove and replace 4 light fittings (3 outdoor and one fluoro in garage

Front entrance wall consists of uneven sandstone cladding which we require someone who is experienced in grinding sandstone, to fit flush 2 light fittings plus one house sign. Light fittings are replacing existing lights where the new ones have a larger round fitting than the existing. Hence need to grind a larger circle into the sandstone cladding. Additionally the house sign we want to sit flush into the sandstone and fixed/secured in place (sign came with screws and plugs in picture).

Looking for someone who can come pretty much now and fix a wire on a Honda cbr that has been partially melted with what appears to be a jet lighter. It's not melted all the way through but enough to be messing with the electronics. Should be a pretty straightforward job for someone who knows what they're doing, only one fairing to be removed.
