I have 12 new downlights that need to replace the pre-existing ones that are already installed. The old ones will need to be unplugged and the 12 new ones plugged in. No light switch needs changing. No holes need to be cut in ceiling.

Electrician needed — safety check on kitchen ceiling light fitting after water contact I need a licensed electrician to attend a residential apartment and carry out a safety inspection of a ceiling light fitting that was exposed to water during a leak approximately one week ago. The fitting is not visibly damaged but water was observed dripping over the fitting at the time of the leak. The tenant has not used the light since and I want formal confirmation it is safe before they do.
