Caulking/silicone along the bottom of kitchen cupboards for a neat finish Bedroom wall – sand, patch and repaint a water-damaged section (colour match to existing wall, Paint supplied) This is sale preparation work for the unit to go to market — it doesn’t need to be high-end, just a tidy, presentable finish for photos and handover. Please include all inclusive labour and materials in your quote ( filler, silicon/caulk, etc.).
