Need a new doorknob to install. Will provide doorknob. I tried to install myself but the gap where the door knob meets the frame did not have the adequate space to allow the doorknob to shut.

The door feel out of its screws front the wall, screwing back does not work as the holes are loose. I also have two other loose doorknobs needing tightened.

I would like to have my internal door knob removed however screw head is broken. I would like this removed with no damage to door if possible, so I can install a new door knob. Top screw in photo below is the one that I can’t remove. Bottom one is fine.
