A lose sink tab, lose door knob and shower head spraying in wrong direction.

Door knob latch won't stay/ "click" in place into the metal plate on the door frame and therefore the door won't stay shut. Door knob/metal plate itself looks fine, I think the door could be slightly misaligned - unsure! I would like the door to be able to stay shut and the door knob to lock.

I need to replace a broken door knob. I also need to replace the light in the ceiling fan.

Installation of 8 door knobs to bedroom cupboards (2 cupboards, 8 doors). The handles are Taskmaster 96mm Matte Black handles from Bunnings - straight forward project needing a Phillips head screwdriver, and a drill. They are snap off screws so pliers may also be handy.

First task: We need a handyman to replace our current outdoor single-sided door knob with a double-sided knob. Optional: The door wood may also need to be planed, as it has swollen over time, likely due to humidity and age. I have 3 x 1m, 1 x 50cm x 1x 20cm Acrylic shelves to hang. 3 need to be installed in bathroom so need correct drill bit for tiles. I also have three door Knobs to change (existing ones work fine - just doing color change). Have a few other things to hang in bathroom if time permits. I’d estimate 2 hours work.
