Hello, need to build out a bed frame for the back of my Pajero. The mattress is 90 cm wide and around 2 m long. (Im 6'3) needs to be chemical free wood obviously and sturdy enough to hold around 100kg. With the front seat all the way the forward there is just enough room to fit these dimensions. I need it just high enough to go over the top of the left hand wheel arch and sit over the center console. Im thinking of having a hinge there (see 2nd pic) would be handy so when you have the front seats go back to drive you can fold that section up to a 90 degree or so. Maybe those 2 legs closer to the center console could have some locking/retaining hinges to fold the legs flat when the seats are moved back for driving. Doesnt have to be anything fancy either, just needs to do the job. Happy to drive out to someone that could slap this together. Thank you.

I recently bought secondhand plantation shutters that almost fit my window cutout, as shown in the attached pictures. They’re very close to fitting perfectly.
