We’ve demolished a timber shed and all that remains are 10 of the 12 concrete stumps which underpinned the shed. We need the 10 stumps dug out. Each stump is heavy, 2-person lift. We’ll deal with removal/skip hire.

Replace current tap in kitchen sink and laundry sink.

plug in the stove, it causes the circuit breaker to trip, not sure if the problem is with the stove or the plug

On Wednesday, 23rd April, I need a plumber to remove these sink taps before 1pm. A glass panel will be installed in that spot between 1pm-4pm. The taps will need to be reinstalled at 4pm. See photo attached.

Our shower tap handle spins but the water won’t turn on unless you are forceful when turning the tap. We have purchased a new set of taps to replace the old ones. These need to be installed. The current tap doesn’t have a screw or Allen key adjustment release to remove the tap head. However we have brought a similar style pair of taps to replace the current ones that does have an Allen key release feature. We live in South Yarra and are available most days of the week.

Tried to install these taps myself (home job). Didn’t have the right tools. Believe T-bar is too long/wide, so may need to be cut. The taps are not sitting right and need a plumber to fix them. Please help. Thank you

Location: owner occupied apartment unit. 2 bathrooms needing installation of heatlamps- see pics of unit + the ceiling space. heatlamp units provided. happy to change unit if not compatible with ceiling space. unit purchased is ultra low profile. Also, have 2 light switches: switch 1- change to blank plate (supply provided). switch 2- change plate because top switch is popping out. (supply provided)

I need: 1. A door handle changed over to a new one. The new handle will be supplied (pictured) and just requires two holes to be drilled in the correct place. 2. Two small door stops installed on the skirting board for internal doors (these will be supplied and just require a single hole to be drilled in the correct place). 3. Two clothes racks (will be supplied, see picture) to be mounted on a bathroom plaster wall (not tiles). I want to make sure this is done securely, i.e. to the studs, or whatever is the best way to do this. I also have a number of other jobs/carpentry items that I would like some advice/to be quoted on separately, like installing some shelving in a cupboard, putting a trim on some external windows and mounting some other items on the walls. The job is in CBD Melbourne. Happy to adjust the price if additional tools or time are required, as I want to make sure everything is done well.

Just moved into the property. Looking to use the wall for a projector. I’ve removed old tv mount and the wall needs filling and touching up. 4 plugs to be removed and filled. Colour matching on the pain required. A few other locations they need hooks removing and wall cleaning / touching up. We need some one to pack away 6 laptops, 6 receipt printers, 4 cash draws, mice, hub, router, cabling and disconnect ethernet network into provided tubs for shipping. Deinstall and transport two commercial freestanding stove cook tops and one combi oven. Deinstallation is in Moonee Ponds, items need to be transported to storage in Richmond. You will be required to disconnect the units from their gas / water / electrical connections.

I have 2 lamps I want to hang on the wall and just need help drilling some holes into brick wall AND ensure we don’t hit any electrical wires (I have no drill nor anything to detect the wires). One lamp requires 3 screws (have marked them on the wall), the other just 1. Both lamps plug to an outlet, so no wiring / electrical work needed. May need different set of wall anchors.

Fixing wobbly lamps- we have 6 lamps that are not sturdy and the lamp shade leans.
