We have an outdoor sauna in Princes Hill (Melbourne) that is tripping the fuse a couple of minutes after being switched on. - It was installed via a direct connection to the main switchboard by a licensed electrician. - The sauna powers on, heats up briefly, then trips the circuit. - We suspect either an overload, a fault in the wiring, or a sauna component issue. We need: - A qualified electrician to attend onsite, test the line and installation, identify the cause of the fault, and carry out any necessary repairs. - Inspection of the sauna’s internal wiring/components if relevant. = Ideally someone available ASAP. There are 7 ornamental pear trees that are about 11 to 12 feet high. I want them cut down and it green waste taken.. stumps to be grinded.

The outlet pipe of our external toilet leaks on flushing rendering it unusable. The previous owners attempted a patch up but we would like it definitely fixed. The sink mixer also leaks and I could not find the exact replacement cartridge. Finally the copper inlet pipe in the bathroom sink has a slow leak on use. I haven’t been able to fix it.

I have 3 tap handles on walls - one in the shower and 2 in above bathroom basins - that need tightening - they are falling off - and I have a lock in a bathroom sliding door that doesn’t work.

Walls have gaps at bottom where old skirting boards were removed, need to fill gaps with sand cement render and top with white plaster, must be accurate job , no kicking out at bottom as has to be ready for new skirting boards … work must be accurate Apologies. plug in the stove, it causes the circuit breaker to trip, not sure if the problem is with the stove or the plug

Tried to install these taps myself (home job). Didn’t have the right tools. Believe T-bar is too long/wide, so may need to be cut. The taps are not sitting right and need a plumber to fix them. Please help. Thank you
