Last night, the Wi-Fi in my home was working in the living room, but it wasn’t working in the master bedroom. So I tried turning the modem/router off and on again, but after that, the Wi-Fi completely stopped working. This morning, I bought a brand-new modem/router. I connected one end of the cable to the modem/router’s DSL port, and the other end to the wall outlet labelled “IN.” After connecting, only the power light and the Wi-Fi light turned on. The modem/router appears completely normal — it shows up in the Wi-Fi list, and I can even log in to the TP-Link web setup page without any issues. So the problem is clearly that the modem/router is not receiving any DSL internet signal. I have already tested every wall socket in the house, but none of them provide a DSL signal. I also spent about 30 minutes on the phone with TPG technical support, but they were not able to fix the problem. Given this situation, the only solution is for a technician to physically visit my home and check whether the internal cable is damaged, loose, or worn out — and then repair or replace it as needed.

Windows 11 laptop with Microsoft 365 subscription. 3 email accounts with MS Exchange hosted by Crazy Domain. All email account work with webmail, however have not been able to set up with desktop Outlook. Need Exchange accounts (email,calendars, contacts) synchronised with Outlook clien on laptop. Crazy Domain support can not duplicate the issue. Budget $100 to attend and $200 if successful.

I have a desktop Mac and a Macbook. Recently I transferred my Business Email hosting from Crazy Domains to Google Workspace. We are a shop with wifi issues since 2021. We have given up on trying to fix the weak or non-existent connection as the service provider cannot find any issues (remotely) and cannot send a technician. We are only allowed to use the same service provider, and cannot switch. As a result, we have been using hotspot to our mobile. We have new speakers which require wifi connection, as well as a new POS system. Now we need to fix the internet issue and think the placement of the router and modem may be the issue. Looking for someone who can come and fix it set up the system. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything and now the internet is no longer connected at all.

I have a LENOVO YOGA DESKTOP PC running WINDOWS 11. It is presenting with random shut-downs, reboots, freezes. I have tried a number of resolutions including full reinstalling WINDOWS 11, various YouTube fixes but nothing resolves the issue. The interesting thing is if I reboot into the BIOS root directory, there is no problem with the PC rebooting or shutting down randomly so this would indicate a WINDOWS 11 software issue. Also I was able to run a NORTON 360 full system virus scan which did not detect any viruses. The built in LENOVO diagnostic tool similarly did NIT detect any issues. Even the default YOGA detection system didn’t resolve the issue. Your help and advice is most welcome. Caveat: Successfully completed job will have payment released AFTER 24 hours of non interrupted operation of the PC. Kind thanks

Someone to add to my new laptop my iCloud emails using the outlook system

I have wi-fi set up in my my small house. The modem set-up is in a upstairs loft room. I need someone to consult me on: - options to improve/extend the wi-fi to the front room (currently the wifi in this room is poor) - options to improve/extend the wi-fi to a new mini office I have recently build at the back of my backyard/property (which is about 20m from the back of the house). (currently the wifi in this office is extemley poor - pretty much zero) You'll need to come out to have a look at the current set-up and then just verabally discuss the options & what you think is the best solution. I need to configure my modem. NBN works fine, just my modem needs to be Re-configured. Tp-link ac1200
