Mount my LCD TV on the living room wall. Install an outdoor clothesline in the backyard. Install a dishwasher. The power point, water connection and drainage pipe are already in place. I just need help connecting and installing it. Install a letterbox outside the house. I will provide the TV bracket, clothesline, dishwasher and letterbox from Bunnings. My house has a steel frame, so I need someone with experience working on steel frame houses who knows the correct screws and fixings to use

Remove an old Austral EzyHide retractable clothesline and install a new Austral RetractAway 50 Plus. All main parts supplied: new cabinet with catch, and an Austral RetractAway mount bar. Cabinet end: fixes to an old red brick courtyard wall (uneven recycled bricks, soft lime mortar), in roughly the same spot as the old unit. Use the mount bar if the wall face is too uneven for the cabinet to sit flat. Fixings must go into solid brick faces, not mortar joints. Please bring suitable masonry anchors (M8 x 75mm coach screws with plugs or similar). Catch end: fixes to a timber weatherboard house wall, into the stud. Remove the old bracket, fill and paint over the old holes (touch-up paint can be provided), and seal around the new fixings. Old unit is still tensioned and the knob is stiff, so please release the tension safely before removal. Please take the old unit away if possible. Span is roughly 6-8m. Lines to sit at about head height plus 50mm. Should take 1-2 hours. You'll need a hammer drill and a ladder. Photos attached.

We are looking for an experienced installer to provide separate quotes for the following two options at a tenanted residential property. Option 1: Remove the existing wall-mounted clothesline and relocate it to the wall on the other side of the property, as shown in the photos. Make good any holes left at the original location. Option 2: Supply and install a new wall-mounted folding clothesline at the proposed location on the other side of the property.
