I had a chandelier installed however, I want to replace it with a chandelier fan with retractable blades. Job includes wall mounting and connecting the chandelier fan along with the remote unit to the existing electrical point . Old chandelier has been removed

I’m looking for someone who can install my chandelier. I would like to install a chandelier at the top of my staircase. There is no existing electrical point, but there is a nearby wall light. The ceiling is inclined, however there is an adjacent room with a flat ceiling, so new wiring and a switch may be required. I’ve attached a few photos of the ceiling and the chandelier for reference. The chandelier weighs around 6 kg.
