Upgrading few things in the house need to replace the lights

We just put a wardrobe in our spare room- and unfortunately didn’t clock that we can’t open the doors if our ceiling fan is on. Ideally I am hoping it may be possible to shorten the downrod on the fan to give us that bit of extra clearance we need (it is pretty close). Alternatively- the whole fan will need to be moved over. Fan is a martec newport.

I would like a ceiling fan with light installed in my lounge room. There is currently a light fitting with single switch at entrance to the room. My photos show the ceiling and roof of the room, and the external wall that is opposite the light switch. (I’m not really sure what an electrician would need to know/see.) I will pre purchase the ceiling fan/light.

Installing a ceiling fan with light

Two ceiling fans, and three pendant lights need to replace old ceiling lights in my rental unit. It is on the top (3rd) floor of 30s apartment block. Can use access to roof space through ceiling in fire escape if needed.

Required to install 5x ceiling fans with lights. Will supply fans.

Disconnect internal ceiling fan and remove from roof

Need to replace an old broken ceiling fan - need help with removal of old fan and installation of new fan. Will provide the ceiling fan. You will need to bring your own ladder.

New ceiling fan instillation has left some gaps and holes from previous fans in the ceiling. If this could be filled in and the area painted white this would be appreciated. Any time after 2.30pm is ideal.

I'm looking to have a licensed electrician replace 2 ceiling fans and 1 window exhaust fan at a small terrace in Marrickville. I have purchased the hardware and it is available at the property. The existing ceiling fan is making noise and also this fan provide a power to shower capsule radio clock. Please supply and replace the old fan. I will provide measurements tomorrow or you can visit, measure and install new fan . Ideal situation is like to like replacement without patching the ceiling of bathroom.
