Bathroom ceiling fan has stopped working

I’m needing three Ceiling Fans installed. One in the bedroom, one in the lounge and one in the kitchen. The bedroom already has a light installed in the middle of the bedroom. The lounge has 4 lights in a square shape with a fire sprinkler in the middle (not sure how that will affect it), and the kitchen has a light installed the middle where the fan can go. I don’t mind if it’s off centre for the lounge fan. Please note this is an apartment on level 1.
