I require a professional to sand back my roof deck and the small side porch deck treat the deck and then apply two coats of decking stain of which I will supply. All furniture and obstacles from the deck will be removed. The cheapest quote won’t necessarily win the job because I’m after someone capable and who will do a good job. I anticipate many deck screws will also need to be replaced as these have been stained over in many instances. I am looking for someone to stain my decking with a triple coat on two floors (see photos). I will supply the oil stain (Intergrain UltraDeck Timber Oil). No sanding required.

I need a small metal part (seatbelt holder) repaired so it looks neat and like the cut was never there. The metal has a gouge/dent on the edge (see photo).
