Sand and stain Merbau deck, steps and landscaping merbau edges. They are in good condition. Task is to Sand and remove current coating or use wood paint stripper instead of sanding. Screw down any loose boards with missing deck screws (just few I have noticed), apply wood rejuvenation treatment to remove greying. After that 2 coats of topcoat. I can supply Intergrain for topcoat. Later there can be task for backyard deck restain potentially.
