Oil stain the decking. We have the oil and brushes here already. Just need the oil put down, one to two light coats I’d say. Approximately 70 square meters. Must be done after a day of no rain and not when raining. Deck needs to be dry for the oil to be absorbed.

Outdoor timber door needs installing. Flexible with date and time.

Remove and replace just under 42sq metres of timber decking, just the decking timber, the joists and bearers and posts are fine, easy access should be a straight forward job, no steps or weird angles.
