Furniture moving put a line scratch on wooden floor, need buffed out and fixed

I need a piece of wood cutting to size that will support a bookcase. The wood is 18mm thick and I need a 80cmx28cm piece. I already have the wood but do not have a power saw. If possible, I would like the edges routing.

Timber deck approximately 6 metres by 4 metres need to re stained. Does not need to be sanded just washed and stained.

Qualified Carpenter required for 3 days worked 16th -18th Feb 2026. $50 per hour - 7:30am start - 8 hour day. Work will be to install ply on scaffolding. Monday and Tuesday location is Manly and Wednesday is at Marsden Park. Must have own tools and tools transport, white card and PPE.

I would like someone to create an entrance custom-made cabinetry for our apartment, with shoe storage and a little bench, mud-room style to the front, and a stand-up desk to the back.

I was thinking that a custom cupboard across that whole wall would be good. A tall section for the ladder and chairs and stuff and to the ceiling would be good then shelving inside - maybe one that pulls out when I use the bbq? I like the look at the white wood panelling vibe - maybe sliding or barn type doors rather that ones that open out but am open to ideas. It just has to be able to withstand Manly weather both on the outside and whatever the inside shelves are made out of. Also, even though I own the apartment I don’t want to get into any strata strife so would need to be removable/ just fixed to the wall if it needs securing rather than too ‘built in’ so I can say when asked that it’s furniture not affecting the building structure at all. I have 2 pax wardrobes (100*236) that I would like to be assembled next to my fireplace. I need timber shelving installed in my garage which is part of a unit complex. I am thinking to support the shelving by affixing timber supports to each wall and then running further planks from side to the side for shelving . Pls see sketch design and basic measurements. We’re looking for someone/company who is experienced in door restoration to help bring 8 timber doors back to life. Most of the doors have had some prep work started, some stripped, some partially sanded, so we’re now after someone who can help finish the job properly and prep them for a walnut stain to match our new floors. Details: • Door 1 (Front Door): Not yet started – both sides need full stripping and sanding. • Door 2 (Back Door): Not yet started – needs full stripping and sanding on both sides. We’d also like the swing reversed (left latch instead of right) if that’s something you can do. • Doors 3 & 4 (French Doors): Not yet started – both doors are the same on each side. • Door 5 (Bathroom Door): Not yet started – same on both sides. • Doors 6 & 7: Stripped but not yet sanded. • Door 8: Stripped and sanded with 60 grit on both sides – needs detail work in the cracks/corners.
