We recently changed our flooring from tiles to floor boards and hence the 2 wooden sliding doors needs to be trimmed and fitted back.

Inspect and replace damaged subfloor floorboards: • Room 1 (3.2m x 3.0m): Replace an estimated 5-7 damaged boards. • Room 2 (2.7m x 3.7m): Assess and replace ~30% of damaged boards (exact number to be confirmed during inspection). 2. Install skirting boards: • Along one 3.7m wall. • Two smaller sections (~0.5m each).
