This job is to assess and provide a quote to address the following: I have a timber floor on joists that is raised and a bit bouncy in some sections and sinking in others. This has progressively got worse over the years, to the point where bifold doors are unable to be opened. There is good access to the sub floor area. There is a bearer in line with the bifolds that has warped I need someone to assess the floor, doors and bearer Then provide a quote to address the issues.
