I have moved from London back to Aus and this wooden trunk has sustained some damage in the move. I think it was probably impact, the join of 2 of the sides of the trunk is a bit out of alignment – not as smooth as the other side joins. It still closes but there is a gap between the base and lid at this part. They join more closely elsewhere. Of the photos attached the first 2 (TrunkCorner1 and 2 if the file names are visible) are where the impact was and 3 is another corner with a smooth connection for comparison.

The doors to my laundry cupboard scrape the floor. 1. I need both doors to be removed, 5mm to be taken off both (they need to match) 2. The doors need to be temporarily rehung to confirm they scrape the floor. They may need another mm or so taken off. 3. Then they need to be sealed on the cut. 4. Then they are need to be rehung.

My balcony (approx. 5m x 2m) has an old wooden deck installed by a previous owner. I have started pulling it up but don’t have the right tools or time to finish. I need someone to: Disassemble and remove the wooden planks (approx. 10m² of decking). Deal with some rotten timber and rusted nails. Stack the removed timber on-site (no disposal required). I will clear the furniture off the deck before the task.
