I will supply door and hardware but you pick up from Bunnings. You will supply wood and plasterboard. Quote to plaster and paint to finish. This is a therapy room that I'm building in an existing space.

We have a 5m long untreated wooden ceiling beam that requires an expert woodworker/painter to sand (if necessary), protect and oil/stain. We’ll be painting the ceiling and living room after, so want this beam to stand out and look beautiful. I can pay for and supply the stain but must come with all other equipment including 120 grit sander. Would also appreciate the removal of the existing hooks and nails (about 4).
