We would like a ceiling/attic ladder installed in our hallway. We can purchase or you can supply. Preferably one that looks discrete. Our hallway is 750mm wide

I’m looking for a reliable tradesman or handyman to install a garage attic ladder and some basic flooring in the loft above our garage for a 2.5m x 2.5m area. The installation would require a new opening to the roof space from the garage and the removal of the existing man hole, so plastering skills are required. If you don’t have both skills I’m happy for you to make an offer for either the ladder installation + flooring or the plastering job. Supply aluminum ladder with installation on standard ceiling height

Installed Attic Ladder and need the edge tidied up. I essentially want a flat finish with a 5mm or so gap around the attic door. (Example Photo Attached) No architrave please, just flat. Original ceiling is "horse hair" plaster. Unsure on budget so please advise.

Cannot open the attic ladder fully. The left side spring assembly is faulty. Spring is fine, and the ladder itself is fine. But not the metal arm that connects the spring to the ladder.
