Weld a small cut in the latch if my ladder and rivet it back to ladder

Fantozzi electric ladder is not reclining. Remote has new battery and only seems to work on the down direction not the recline. Needs a quick service. Never had any issues in the past.

Repair attic ladder mechanism. One side of the spring/hinge linkage has come apart. Ladder is not safe to use. Need the mechanism inspected and repaired or replacement parts fitted if required. May require a new bolt/screw on the side that has come off. Left hand side (last photo) is all attached correctly for reference.

i have a gorrila timber ladder 1280*550 from bunnings, which needs to be installed in the attic between trusses

My Attic Ladder has slipped down due to loose bolts/fastener/washer. You can see the bolt and the bracket on the wooden ladder that connects to the ceiling panel. Need team to come and readjust the attic ladder to be further up the wood panel so that it can close shut properly. Will need to provide all tools & equipment to fix the attic ladder, include a large ladder
