Hi, we have an integrated fisher & paykel dish drawer dishwasher which is working fine but sometimes during or after a cycle we find some water has leaked in the pots and pans draw that’s located directly below the dishwasher. Looking for someone who can investigate and repair - we do not want to replace the dishwasher but need to find the source of the leak and a solution. We have onsite parking and flexible with availability.

I would like to install a washing machine under the hot water tank (see attached picture). The necessary water connections will need to be created.

My Samsung BubbleWash 7.5kg/4.0kg is displaying a "SC" error code. It was in the middle of a wash cycle. I've cleared the water out through the drain pump and the machine seems to be functioning ok now, but I understand that this error occurs because of a blockage in the pipes somehow, so was hoping someone could come in and clear it for me

Blower fan (deducted system in my apartment) was making a squeaking sound and then it stopped spinning. If I spin the fan manually by hand it will go loose again then run for a bit. Now it only spins for a little while so I have left the AC turned off. I need it repaired or replaced.
