The laundry machine is leaking water from the bottom. We have emptied out the water drain thing at the bottom corner, but the water still keeps come out. The machine is a LG machine.

Fisher & Paykel WashSmart The machine stopped before the rinse stage because it couldn’t fill with water. It indicates “TAP” on the screen. Tried to restart with a new load, there is an humming sound but can’t hear the water filling up the drum. Filter is clean.
