My Samsung BubbleWash 7.5kg/4.0kg is displaying a "SC" error code. It was in the middle of a wash cycle. I've cleared the water out through the drain pump and the machine seems to be functioning ok now, but I understand that this error occurs because of a blockage in the pipes somehow, so was hoping someone could come in and clear it for me

Blower fan (deducted system in my apartment) was making a squeaking sound and then it stopped spinning. If I spin the fan manually by hand it will go loose again then run for a bit. Now it only spins for a little while so I have left the AC turned off. I need it repaired or replaced.

Require special tool to remove Miele dryer and stacker from Miele washing machine - and need it moved to the footpath for council pick-up. I live in a basement apartment and there are 17 steps up to footpath level.
