We intend to install one in the cabinet location shown in the attached photo (outlined in red). We will purchase the dishwasher after measurements are confirmed, based on your advice. Hello, I am looking for a qualified and licensed plumber to install an additional washing machine in our laundry room in Wembley Downs. Please note: We already have one washing machine and one heat pump dryer in place. This new machine will be a third appliance, positioned next to the existing laundry sink. The plan is to connect it to the plumbing under the sink. The job will involve: Supplying and installing splitters on the existing hot and cold water taps to create a second connection. Modifying the sink's drainage pipe to accommodate two washing machine drain hoses. Running the new inlet and drain hoses to the new machine's location (less than 1 metre away). The new washing machine is from Thailand, so please be aware that specific fittings or adapters may be required. I have attached photos showing the current plumbing, the space, and where the new machine will go. Plumber or someone plumbing savvy needed to connect a dishwasher. The pipes are not long enough so apparently it needs a part.

We have a two-story house. The house has ducted air conditioning. An outlet of the airconditioning condensation drain is just finishing at the ceiling and so when water comes out of that it make all the backyard wet. We want to pipe it in the gutter downpipe. There is another condensate drain just next to that. This second pipe can be Tee off into the same spot as well. I have attached images and how I am looking for this job to be done. I have a 4.5m industrial Ladder that suits this job. You only need to feel confident working at height. The job is not complex at all and shouldn't take too much time. A aircon zoning motor which controls a vent flap being open or closed is broken. The motor connects to a zoning control box which otherwise seems to be working fine. But right now I can't use zoning at all because of the noise the broken motor makes. Image of the broken motor is attached (round white) as well as the zoning box it connects into (black box).
