We need our dryer to sit above the washing machine and it cannot be stacked so need shelving installed with a gap so taps are accessible. Photo is attached which shows the washing machine at the top and dryer at the bottom. Also a few other random tasks around the house (if possible) such as new light in the rangehood in kitchen and re attaching the fan exhaust duct in bathroom (may have the terms wrong here). Happy to provide additional photos and also fine if only first job can be done.

My drum on my dryer has given up and I think needs to be replaced or serviced

There are three benchtops to be installed. On Friday (1st August) I need a trade to install 2 x benchtops to side kitchen and laundry. Will need to be compelted before 10am. The stone is cut to size and edged, however will need cut outs for the sink and tap ware locations. Next week on Wednesday the 6th August the ktichen island benchtop arrives (Marble) and will need to be cut to size, stove top location cut out and waterfall on one side installed.

My breville machine is no longer dispensing water. Looking for someone to service it and fix the issue

The fridge is not working

The rubber seal is broken on the drum. On cycle the machine makes a huge amount of noise.

We have a smoke alarm “chirping” on a 3m ceiling. It needs to be removed (no tools required), cleaned and put back. We can do the cleaning (which only takes 2-3 minutes) but we need someone with a big enough ladder to remove the smoke detector and to put it back.

I’ve purchased a light online (Carl Fagerlund RD 1171/1 ceiling lamp by Orrefors) however it was damaged in transit and I was hoping it could be repaired. I’ve attached below an image of the light. The component that has broken is the rounded piece on the bottom.

Help to remove an old integrated dishwasher and install a new integrated dishwasher (Bosch series 6 - see photo below). Would be great if you could take the old dishwasher away also but not absolutely necessary.

We have a Snoo (Smart Sleeper Bassinet) that is 3.5 years old. A mechanical issue has arisen whereby when we turn it on it makes the usual noises, but the base doesn't rotate like it should. It seems there is a mechanical issue under the base, requiring disassembly, inspect and repair by someone who is familiar with this. Possibly requires o-ring replacement? Or just something that can be fixed on site by making a few adjustments?

The fridge keeps beeping even when closed. The freezer seal doesn’t work great either, but it still does seal up. Friggin annoying that it’s beeping and thinks it’s open when it’s not. Some days it’s fine but others it isn’t.

Remove LG 65” G2 slim OLED from Darlinghurst address and install at Paddington address. Can assist in lifting (TV is quite light) but need help with removal and installation.

i have two gas fireplaces on the same wall (one regency, one i cant find the maker). one the starter light isn't working, the other has no gas coming out of the little holes to light the fire (but has a starter light).
