Washing machine turns on does a partial cycle however when the water needs to drain the machine stops with an error message of OE. I have drained all the water at the bottom right hand corner from the small tube and cleaned out the plastic tub + a tub clean however the error still appears. Water is not draining properly and stuck in machine.
Dave is very responsive, talks through the details whilst fixing the problem and makes sure the job is completed to a high standard prior to leaving. Highly recommend and would use again for other tasks.
