Bosch active water plus dishwasher, wont complete cycle , displays error code E15 ( which manual says means emergency cut off to avoid flooding. Water definitely able to get to machine. Seems like water not fulling draining away from sump). Tried restart by turning off power for 15 minutes which didn’t fix problem. Turned off power again for 24hrs and when turned power ack On was able to start cycle again but after a while stopped again withE 15 - Due date: Flexible

The door of our AEG front loader washing machine is jammed. We have tried everything; restarting the machine, taking the lid off to see if we can undo the latch, pushing the door inwards to release the latch, self help YouTube videos, you name it. It won’t even do another cycle with the clothes that are in it because the machine keeps saying it’s unlocked. If someone could please come and fix it for us at a reasonable price, that’d be amazing! - Due date: Flexible
