I live in the top floor of a two story block of units. No lift. I need two strong guys to remove my old washing machine from my bathroom, it cannot be slid out as there is not enough room between the vanity and the shower. It needs to be lifted over the vanity. The washing machine can just be left downstairs The new washing machine which is already outside my bathroom upstairs then needs to be lifted into its place and then just hook up the hoses / plumbed in , balanced. I need people who know how to do this properly, have installed a washing machine before.

Dishwasher is leaking, filter is cleared and pipes have no blockage. Need fixed ASAP.

The dryer does not turn on when the door closes. It works when there is pressure placed outside of the door. It seems that the latch has worn and does not connect to the connector firmly. Model: Samsung Eziloader 4KG - Due date: Flexible

Need help repairing a Haier front load washing machine that is giving 'FA' error. - Due date: Flexible

We have an old failing Miele DA-3190 rangehood. It sometimes turns off with a loud click shortly after turning on, or when changing fan speeds, this seems to be the relays in the controller. After a few seconds it tries again and eventually works. Have tried cleaning grease from the fan and replacing the motor start capacitor. Guessing it is more complicated/expensive to fix (controller board or switch which is not easily accessed), willing to try a cheap repair but it's probably more worth replacing due to 15+ years age. If replacing, we are open to suggestions for cheaper brands or can source our own unit (90cm slide or fixed). Due to the shape of the Miele unit, the cabinet may need to be replaced or a shelf put in to hang from, and the power point moved up out of the way. I can do the removal as we'll need to do a deep clean anyway but we'll need to decide first what we are replacing it with. Foil ducting exists (120mm, taped to the Miele).
