The freezer is cool but the fridge is not. Can’t feel airflow to fridge section. I’d like someone with expertise to diagnose and recommend a course of action. I haven’t manually defrosted the fridge yet. Freezer is not packed full. Willing to negotiate additional repair cost once diagnosis is done.
