Plumber Required – Coffee Machine Installation (Kew 3101) Job Scope We are installing a commercial coffee machine in the left‑hand corner of an existing marble bench top. We need an experienced licensed plumber to set up inline cold water supply and waste connections for the machine. Supply and waste: Run an inline water feed to the machine and connect the waste outlet to the existing mains waste. All plumbing must comply with Victorian plumbing regulations. Bench location: The machine will sit on a marble bench (photos attached). Care must be taken to avoid chipping or scratching the benchtop during the installation. Cabinetry: Under‑bench cabinetry houses sinks and storage. Wherever possible, avoid drilling into surrounding carpentry. If drilling is unavoidable to access water or waste, please advise us so we can approve the approach. The fascia underneath the cabinet will be removed to allow access. Licensing and insurance: Provide copies of your current plumbing licence and insurance certificate of currency before work begins. Hey all, I've just moved house and need some help moving, and setting up my washing machine. The washing machine is sitting in the new house ready to be moved just 7mtrs to the laundry, and will need the hoses screwed on to the laundry taps. This is the most simple 5 min job possible for someone who has a dolly trolly. I would appreciate the help as I have a broken collar bone at the moment and cant do it myself. I have bought a washing machine from someone in Southbank, I need it moved from their place to my place in Abbotsford and also hooked up to the water supply in my house.

Our oven has stopped heating for the second time in less than a year. Last time the person said that the heating element had shorted, but I just want to be sure that’s all it is and get it fixed properly. The oven turn on, it just doesn’t heat.

Our Series 8 Bosch dryer is not drying clothes like it did previously. We are having to run multiple cycles to get the clothes to dry, which has not been the case previously. Not sure what’s required and how much this may cost

Install new power point if required. 3. Supply & Install 60cm Electric Cooktop (new dedicated circuit) Supply & deliver cooktop (please provide options/brands). Run new dedicated circuit from switchboard. Install isolation switch & RCD. Mount cooktop 4. Supply & Install 600mm Rangehood Supply & deliver new 600mm white rangehood. Install & wire new rangehood (charcoal filter, not externally vented). Extra Notes: Cabinetry above cooktop may need modification for compliance. Rangehood cut-out: H 160mm × W 598mm × D 500mm. Must be licensed and provide Certificate of Electrical Safety.

The security system as per photo has a flashing message "replace battery" = the box for the battery is in the ceiling but easily accessible via manhole

Burner won't stay lit after releasing the ignition button. The stove top is the Fisher & Paykel 60cm Series 9 4 Burner Gas Cooktop and the issue is the largest burner. Looking for someone to come and fix please :)

Dishwasher seems clogged. Makes a humming noise but not washing.
