Move a washing machine and dryer from my unit (first floor, no lift) to the communal laundry downstairs. Stack the dryer on top of the washing machine.

Require qualified electricians to install 3 X indoor camera and 1 X camera for a business. 2 cameras have existing line to connect the new camera (require removing the existing cameras) and 1 requires additional cable to extend. For the outdoor camera, it requires running additional cable. My gas cooktop is not lit up itself. I use an igniter for that. Need help fixing it.

The rubber seal of the washing machine door (tub gasket) needs to be repaired - it is worn out and there is some smoke coming out when we are washing stuffs. Our budget for repair is $150 (excl part). The washing machine brand is Samsung 8.0kg WF8802RPF
