Clear filter error message keeps showing on Fisher and Paykel washing machine. I have followed the instructions to clear the filter however from watching a video on YouTube, I believe the filter needs to be cleaned from the back of the machine. I don’t have the strength or the tools to do this but which is why I am needing assistance to fix this issue. Thanks in advance.
