Need someone to clean filter for bosch series 8 washing machine. I am unable to open the filter.

We are looking for quotes to have someone come and build a fireplace housing unit (almost like a divider wall) and install a gas peninsula fireplace. This job would involve dealing with the gas piping (we have a gas stove and gas water heater a few metres away), any electrical wiring (there is a light switch panel super close by), building the divider wall/ fireplace housing unit, and installing the gas fireplace (needs to be up to code and safety rules). I have included an image of something very similar to what we were thinking of, and a picture of the room with notes on where we want it to go and where the gass and electrical elements are.

Simpson 8kg washing machine. Model number SWT8043. The machine suddenly started making a loud grinding sound when the basket rotated. The rear was removed and inspected. There is a white plastic arm that has a tab at the end of it. The arm is positioned such that the tab is touching the white plastic gear that is on the pulley that turns the basket. When the basket turns, the tab is swiping the plastic gear creating the noise. There is a cable connected to the arm so I think the arm is movable and is now in the wrong position at the wrong time. The machine seems to operate fine otherwise. See attached photo. I also have a video clip but cant seem to upload it.

Relocation of gas line to other side of house for kitchen and installation of new gas cook top. There is gas connection of the boiler which is back wall of the house on one side. The gas connection needs to be split and copper pipe externally taken to the other side along the back wall. The other side has the kitchen and the pipe needs to enter in through the wall. Around 10-12m of pipe. Standard ASKO gas cook top installation needed too.
