Hello, The gas pipe needs to be relocated further behind so that we can position the fryer in line with the other equipment. At the moment, the fryer is positioned approximately 10 inches further forward than the other appliances because the gas pipe needs to be adjusted behind it. We also need to make a hole in the PVC drain pipe and connect the smaller drain pipe from the glass-washing machine to it. Thank you.

As per previous business owner it this exhaust motor capacity was 3000L, but we need something stronger than this perhaps 5000L would work for us, please come and have a look and let us know how much would it cost to replace stronger motor. Come have a look first, thank you

Looking for an experienced cabinetmaker, kitchen installer or carpenter to modify an existing kitchen cupboard to fit a freestanding dishwasher. The cupboard is directly beside the sink and next to the fridge. Approx. measurements: Opening width: ~60 cm Floor to underside of benchtop: 87 cm Available depth: ~60 cm Existing cupboard base: ~15 cm above tiled floor Required work: Remove cupboard doors and internal shelves Remove/modify cupboard floor/base Cut/modify kickboard so dishwasher can sit directly on tiled floor Create the maximum practical clear opening Ensure benchtop and surrounding cabinetry remain properly supported Neatly finish exposed edges/gaps Make suitable openings for dishwasher hoses if required Retain removed doors/shelves where possible We are considering either a 45 cm slimline or full-size 60 cm freestanding dishwasher, depending on what can safely fit. Plumbing is immediately under the sink on the left. Existing double power point is behind the fridge on the right. We may move/renovate within ~12 months, so looking for a simple, neat and cost-effective solution rather than major custom cabinetry. Budget: $350–$450, open to reasonable quotes. Photos and diagram attached.

We have an electric height-adjustable office desk in our Sydney CBD office that is not functioning properly. The desk powers on, but the height adjustment is no longer working ( the control panel is unresponsive, at the moment, the desk can only move down, but it won't go up.etc.). Looking for someone experienced with LINAK standing desks. The desk will move down but not up. The reset procedure has already been attempted without success. We'd like the control handset and control box inspected and repaired if possible before considering replacement. Please bring any necessary tools. If replacement parts are required, please advise before proceeding. Office location: Sydney CBD (2 Market Street). Photos can be provided upon request.
