Repaira damaged leadlight/stained glass lampshade

$85

Sydney, New South Wales

6th Jul 2026

I am hoping to request a quote to repair my damaged leadlight/stained glass lampshade. It's a small lampshade approximately 20cm by 20cm, and 20cm tall. There is separation between the top metal fixture and the glass pieces, while nothing is broken yet and it’s still able to hold the whole weight of the lamp I’m worried it will break in time. I've received additional advice on pricing and changed accordingly however price remains flexible

Handy man to install some clips on a sofa (the Shire)

$120

Sydney NSW, Australia

3rd May 2026

Hi everyone, I need someone to go to Bunnings tomorrow and purchase around a dozen key rings that are 30 mm wide. We then need someone to go to a customer's home in Wooloware and fit these off for the customer. Must be done tomorrow (Monday) I've attached a few photos. Essentially one of the Lobster clips has lost its spring and is no longer attaching. Therefore instead of replacing these individually we're just going to put key rings on each of the rings to reinforce the support for good measure. We are going to install these on the rest of the clips on this so far, as opposed to just the one I've attached few photos. Someone with handyman experience and is great with customers is required

Thank you very much Dylan. He went out of his way to get something needed for the task and was very quick and proactive with communication and also with completing the job in the customer's home. Thank you so much mate. We'll definitely be in touch again to use you in the future.

Repair bose headphones

$60

Sydney NSW 2000, Australia

26th Apr 2025

I have a pair of Bose QC35ii headphones (in good condition and fully functional) with a broken plastic hinge that connects the right earcup to the headband and secures the headband cable. As a result, the earcup is loose, hanging by the cable, and can no longer fold or stay in the correct position when worn. The cable runs directly through the broken hinge and is hardwired to a circuit inside the earcup, so it needs to be removed and rerouted through the new hinge. To do this, the earcup must be disassembled, and a few thin enamel-coated wires disconnected and re-soldered. There are plenty of detailed tutorial online - would take 15 minutes for a skilled person.
