My washing machine had gravel in it from being moved and now the drum won’t spin (even manually by hand upon checking) I have checked the drain filter for debris, confirmed the impeller was stiff, tested the drum movement by hand, and tried to check the drain hose, however couldn’t figure that part out. the drum won’t turn by hand and suspect something’s stuck or the pump might be jammed. Need someone to fix asap please

Have a Tisira Freestanding oven and cooktop. The oven door handle came off. Have tried fixing it but the screw has snapped off inside. So looks like the whole handle needs replacing. It has the exact same dimensions etc, so it should be a simple take out the old one and plug in the new one. Model is Asko OCM8487B. Both the old model and new one are the exact same model number.
