When the dishwasher cycle gets really hot it opens up and stops. We think its related to the seals or latch not working well? We tried sticky taping it shut and that works, no real issue when it remains closed. We need someone that has an idea of how to fix this? Someone with experience in Bosch? The water machine is not draining. I need help to diagnose and fix the machine.

My washing machine is trying to start and water is getting in but I think there may be an issue with the pipes as it won’t actually start the cycle. Last week it was saying water inlet issue but then it resolved and I ended up doing multiple cycles with no issue but it’s now doing this again today and I can’t get it started. I would like someone who has experience with front loaders to come and investigate and try and resolve. Hoping it’s just a pipe blockage that needs unblocking and it will be fine.

My built-in dishwasher (drawer style, located under the cutlery drawer) has stopped working.
 None of the front buttons respond - including power, lock, or start. It seems to have failed mid-cycle, as there’s a small amount of water still sitting in the base. Because it’s a built-in model, I can’t see the brand or model number.
