My Bosch washing machine is no longer draining correctly since moving house. It is giving error code E20 and we have the manually drain it at the end of the cycle. We are requiring someone experienced to come assess and fix the washing machine.

Bosch dishwasher I think is a SMS63L08AU but the sticker has come off the inn we lip - have posted pictures . I think it’s the pump as I have checked everyone and the impella is spinning but the unit switches off after a couple of clicks when it starts up . Photos of the dishwasher attached . We think it’s around 10years old
