My dishwasher is not draining the water. It seems to still work and can hear it wash but the water fills up on both the top and bottom. For some reason they both stopped working same time, as in both top and bottom stopped draining same time. I have been advised two possible issues: 1) both pumps stopped working same time so may need to be replaced 2) could be some blockage some where Just need a quote for each of the above but am aware the issue can be potentially something else also.
