I have a wall socket to connect an ethernet cable to my laptop, but I can't get the connection to work.

Need to fix the screen on my macbook air m1 as it turns on but there is a blank screen.

Urgent request: has to be done today. I have a personal Apple ID, an old work iPhone with a separate Apple/iCloud account, and a new iPhone/new number that needs to be set up for work. I need someone experienced with Apple ID/iCloud, WhatsApp backups/transfers, Outlook/Microsoft 365 and password/keychain setup. Main priority is avoiding data loss and getting the new phone working cleanly without mixing old work accounts into the new setup. Prefer someone who can come to Windsor 3181 and do this in person.

I have a USB with lots of pictures. It's not working on my Mac desktop. I plug it into the different USB ports and it doesn't show up. I plus in other USBs and they do show up. I've plugged the USB into my work laptop and it does appear. It's just now working on the Mac. I'm very nervous to do anything as I don't want to erase any pictures nor damage the USB.

I need my MacBook screen replaced. The details of my laptop are: Model: A2337 EMC: 3598 MacBook Air 13-inch M1 (2020) The issue happened after I accidentally left a few loose sheets of paper between the screen and keyboard when closing the laptop. After some pressure was applied, around 1/4 of the screen became blank and there is a small scratch near the bottom. I’m looking for someone to help organise thousands of photos and videos on my Mac. The files are from weddings, corporate events, bar and bat mitzvahs, school events and other functions. I want everything sorted into a clear folder structure so it’s easy to find photos for marketing, social media and future clients. Tasks include: ● Sorting photos and videos by event ● Creating a logical folder structure ● Renaming folders consistently ● Removing obvious duplicates where appropriate ● Flagging the best photos from each event (bonus) ● Keeping everything neat and easy to navigate This will be done on my Mac, either in person (preferred if you’re in Melbourne) or remotely via screen sharing. Experience organising large photo libraries or using macOS Finder and Photos is preferred. Attention to detail is important, as I want a system that will be easy to maintain in the future. Hi there, I borrowed a friends MacBook Pro. 2015, to use for study, but…in resetting and trying to upgrade to the most recent and available operating system, I managed to completely wipe the hard drive / operating system. I don’t need to recover any files or cloud or ye olde Time Machine but I do need to have more than a blank screen. The task needs to be done in person. Thank you.

This is a large Apple Mac desktop device that I use less frequently these days than perhaps in the past but I have a support.apple.com/mac/start-up and a flashing folder with a ? In it. I’ve tried the basic tricks but it is still not starting correctly and possibly needs a review as it has been performing slowly of recent times as well.
