Samsung frontloader machine model WW70J4233KW/SA. The drum is not spinning when I put a load on and the drum itself seems to be out of alignment. I have already checked the belt in the back of the machine and it does not seem faulty and is in place. I have a Miele W1913 that isn’t draining before the spin cycle. This used to happen maybe once a year, and the serviceman would clean the pipes to get rid of residue from softner. I no longer use softner. But I moved to Melbourne and it’s happened several times. The last serviceman said it was just something in the filter - it started working again (for maybe 10 wash cycles) now happened again. He didn’t clean out the pipes so thinking this is the service it needs. I can’t see anything in the filter. Would prefer someone who can come today.

Need Bosch Idos washing machine repaired and set up. Filter is leaking and when turned on machine says ‘pipes need to be cleaned’. Also need someone to confirm our set up of the machine. Today preferred before 6pm or available tomorrow.
