Looking for a handyman, electrician, or plumber to handle a few repairs: Secure a shaky kitchen tap (needs a screw). Replace a washroom tap. Fix the downpipe. Replace both exhaust fans in the washroom (possibly clogged or burnt). Work needs to be completed over the weekend. I will provide the exhaust fans and any necessary materials. Our fisher and paycal drawer dishwasher has stopped working. Originally it had an error code indicating a motor router issue and was able to drain water, so we bought a new router and it worked through a cycle but did not drain the water. We are hoping to have someone come have a look and see if they can identify the issue.

Simple installation of brand new dishwasher

We need our new dishwasher installed (it is replacing an existing dishwasher so all the connections are already there)

The pipes extending from the dishwasher that connect to the pipes under the kitchen sink have a leak. I fixed it temporarily with plumbing tape but the leak has reappeared.

My washing machine is not rinsing or spinning the water will not drain which leads me to believe there's a blockage somewhere. Ive cleaned the little filter inside the machine but not sure about the more technical areas
