We have an outdoor wood fireplace with a very tall flue. When it is windy the flue squeaks.

Air conditioner (Braemar evaporative) won't turn on. I have cleaned the filter which was dirty. It starts for about 5 seconds then switches off. I've added a photo of the remote. Samsung Side by Side Fridge 908 Wide x 1780 High approx. Plumbed model, with the best chilled water and ice maker crushed or cubed straight from the door. Fridge side has mini access door for quick access to regularly used items without opening the whole fridge door. It works perfectly except ice maker sometimes leaks a small amount of water to the front when used heavily. Otherwise it doesn't leak at all. I've never worried about fixing it because it is minimal and no big deal for me. Just being totally upfront about its condition. Stainless Steel, in very good condition, I think one tiny dent in it only. General wear otherwise. I've also just replaced two of the fridge shelves. Pick up Mt Eliza.
