I have an everdure bbq that can be converted to natural gas but is currently running on LPG. Will need a connection to plug into my wall and will need plumber to expand the gas head to run on natural gas

We need a licensed gas plumber to attend and complete the following: 1️⃣ Cap Off Internal Gas Services. Inside the house there are two exposed gas pipes coming up through the timber floor (see photos). These pipes need to be: • Safely disconnected and capped • Pressure-tested to ensure gas-tightness • Made safe so we can remove the timber wall framing around them. 2️⃣ Inspect Suspected Gas Leak at Meter (Outside) At the gas meter on the side of the house I often smell gas. Please: • Inspect all connections, regulator, and fittings • Check for leaks (soapy test or gas detector) • Tighten/repair/replace fittings if needed • Confirm everything is safe and compliant Photos of the meter included. 3️⃣ Compliance & Safety The plumber must be: • Fully licensed for gas work in NSW • Able to provide a gas compliance certificate if required • Bring materials to cap and test the lines • Ensure everything is left safe and ready for demolition work

Buying a new gas cook top and want replace the old one from the kitchen

Posting this for my mom, her gas stove top stopped I have taken the old one out and put the new one in place in the bench top. I just need somebody to come out and connect the stove top gas hose to the gas outlet underneath the bench as per what is required by law. All other work is done it just the connect and test for leaks that is required. Mom is on a pension so looking for the best price for her so she can cook again.

Replace an existing 90cm gas cooktop with a new one.

To Install the following items; Install and a new twin basin sink and connect to the existing utility pipe or if needed change configuration to fit, sealing gaps and securing sink to the benchtop. (See photos of sink and existing pipe) Install a rangehood and connect to power. Both power outlet and ducting are behind the plaster board at the present. Rangehood comes with its own ducting. (Rangehood as per photos) Install a 900mm gas cooktop and connect to existing gas outlet or if necessary configure to fit and using appliance-grade silicone sealant to secure cooktop to the benchtop. All works to come with a warranty and trade person to be fully licenced and insured. This job is inclusive of parts to be supplied by trade person which will be some PVC pipes for the sink and a gas hose for the cooktop.

Landlord will not release bond until old gas bottle is removed. Please attend property in Waverley and get old gas bottle from front courtyard and dispose of.
