New gas hob installation

I’m looking for a licensed gas plumber to remove an old gas pipe in my backyard. There is a capped gas pipe that comes out of the brick wall and runs into an old brick BBQ. I want the external pipe fully removed. The gas line should then be properly capped at the source, where it exits the house. The brick BBQ is being removed separately. Access is straightforward via the backyard.

Disconnect old gas heater. Cap gas line. No need to remove old heater. Further clarification: the gas would need to be disconnected under the house as I'd like to use the fireplace in future. The mains gas goes under the house which has access as seen in the photos.
