My washing machine is leaking water during washing and draining. I know it’s not the pipes behind, it’s underneath the washing machine. When it occurs, I need to fix it ASAP.

I was pulling the switch tonight to recline the chair and it suddenly lost its tension and will not recline - footrest locked in down position. Probably a loose or snapped cable from what I've seen online but i can't see inside.

I purchased a mimosa umbrella from Bunnings. When I attempt to unwind it so the umbrella opens up the cord isnt working and nothing happens ie umbrella doesnt open up.

Hello, My garage motor on the single roller door has been playing up since I’ve moved in, I have two remote, one doesn’t work and is broken and the other one works randomly, every other week.. I can use the manual button on the motor, but it stops about 6 inches off the ground and can only go up with the power of the motor if I push the door up with it. I think it might need replacing but perhaps it has been set up wrong because it’s rolls down super quick but rolls up super slow (when it did work on its own without assistance)
