Beko front loading washing machine belt snapped - cannot get replacement on. Need someone to install the replacement belt.

I'm fairly handy & tried to DIY the replacement. I've spent too many hours trying, but cannot get the seal in place over lip of the barrel and install the lock ring in the groove. I've used F-clamps but then can't fit the ring. Have weights off the tub for access around the bottom, & can't get it. Looking for the person who has 'the knack' for this to be a quick job. It is the correct seal. I only need the back of the seal and lock ring installed & I'll reinstall the rest.
