I want my new Washing machine installed. Old one to be moved out and the new one to be fitted in

60cm oven and 60cm rangehood to be replaced. We've bought the new appliances already. Oven should be straightforward. But the old rangehood was just a recirculator and we'd like the new rangehood to be ducted, which there is already space for (see photos).

I have 2 wall/column lights in front of my house that needs replacement to the new ones i just bought. New chandelier by the stairs needs replacement to new one also. For the stairs you will need a tall ladder to be able to reach the ceiling.
