Need a new seal installed on my LG washing machine

1. Oven rubber seal has fallen off and is not able to stick it back on 2. The oven handle has fallen off. 3. The dishwasher detergent box lid is not closing properly 4. The kitchen range hood is not working properly as guests reported that when they cook the smoke and smell will get to the second floor. Might need to check the system.

Electrician will provide Electrical Power Provision. You need to help to install the rangehood. Duct can be put through the back wall fence to face the open sky (1.5feet gap between my fence and neighbour fence). Refer to the rangehood model and and photo of the marked install area. In photo on top BBQ fence the light will be removed and power provisioned and connectivity will be provided by the electrician. There is a single phase power subboard under the bbq cupboard from where the power is coming through behind the wall fence.
