I’m looking for a licensed and certified tradesperson to: * Disconnect and remove existing gas cooktop. * Permanently cap off the gas supply. * Install new induction cooktop. Small adjustment to bench (laminate) may be required to cut out. * Remove existing built-in electric oven. * Install new built-in electric oven. * Test both appliances to ensure they are working correctly. *Take old items for disposal. I have a place they can go. 10 mins away. The electrical cabling for the induction cooktop is already installed, so no new cabling is required. I’ll need to organise delivery of the new cooktop and oven once we’ve agreed on an installation date, so please keep that in mind when making an offer. Must be appropriately licensed to carry out the gas and electrical work. Must provide compliance certificates.

I have removed an old rangehood which had 100mm ducting into the ceiling cavity. I have a new rangehood ready to be installed, but requires 120mm ducting and I'd prefer it was exhausted directly out of the roof with a flue kit. It is a tiled roof. I haven't purchased any flue kit, looking for advice on this. No electrical work required. Edit: I think the solar panels on the roof (single storey) are in the way of a roof flue, so I think an under-eave exhaust will be required. I have updated the job description accordingly.

Install and secure the fridge as per manual attaching it to the pictured cabinet door. 3. Re-attach the bottom ventilation panel that has been cut out in whichever way you think is best.

Though both the models (old and new) are 60cm, I am not sure if any cabinet trimming or modification might be required, please factor that in too. Would require Certificate of Compliance. My LG washer dryer isn’t draining. Have checked online and done some tests and drain pump needs replacing. Model is WD1402CRD6 Miele integrated dishwasher had a glass break and since then, each time it drains it makes a funny noise. Drain hose needs a clear out.
