My garage door needs a service. 2 years old. It gets stuck when opening. It takes 3 attempts for it to open (gets stuck about 200-300mm open), then it rolls all the way up and closes normally. It is a panel roller door.

it's having intermittent opening and closure issues where it opens. when opens up it returns back down halfway. Other times it doesn't open at all although the usual opening sounds are made.
