Garage Door Repair Needed Sectional garage door isn’t pulling up but closes fine. Motor works and pulls down correctly, but won’t lift the door. Looking for someone to diagnose and repair.

Our house seems to have moved and our French doors are now misaligned so that they are very difficult to close and lock. There right hand leaf in the photos is sticking at the bottom and has a bigger gap at the top than the left hand leaf. Our cavity sliding door for the powder room has broken. The roller mechanism at the top of the door, which runs inside the track, has failed. This has caused the door to drop and come off the track, leaving it stuck and unable to slide open or shut. In the process, there may be some minor damage to the top edge of the door, the frame, or the surrounding plasterboard. The job requires fixing the door's sliding mechanism so it works smoothly again, as well as repairing any of this associated damage to the door or wall. I have attached photos showing the broken roller and the door's current state.
