My two dogs have pushed on the door over the past few years and finally broken the clip on the doggie door, so now it does not click in so will not lock and because you can't set it to open it will sometimes lock by itself. I have taped it open so they don't get locked in or out. Not sure if it can be replaced or repaired. Not sure of the cost either

Needing assistance fixing the laundry door. The doors consist of both sides as shown in the photos: Left Hand Side: Hinges are broken. Right Hand side: The door has one of the hinges loose and the door is misaligned causing it to drag into the floor. I have put photos of both kind of hinges with the issue. For the plastic Hettich hinges, looking for more resistant version if possible

Three small windows and a sliding patio door need mozzie / flyscreen. Measured, cut and good enough to get through summer. When can you do it ? 2nd story window - outside seal has come loose and is hanging down from window. Window seems solid in position with no draught coming in from outside. Would need high ladder to reinstall seal.
